Bottle 75 Cl. Grapes: Alicante Bouschet (30%) .Syrah (15.5%). Touriga Nacional (20%). Aragones (35%). The grapes selected by hand after removal of the respective film is cooled by a heat shock 10 ° C. After a cold maceration for two days, the wine is fermented in small steel tanks. The maturing is done in barrels of French wood.

Bottle 75 Cl .Type: Regional Rosé Tagus. Grapes: Touriga Nacional and Aragonez
Winemaking: The grapes of Tinta Roriz caste, manually harvested in September, were vinified logo in grape reception after stemming and soft crushing.
The clean must was decanted at 14ºC for 48 hours, fermented at controlled temperature of 16 ° C after which matured for two months in American oak casks. Fermentation in stainless steel vats Lagar-controlled temperature followed by long maceration of 20 days. Stage 12 months in half barrels of French oak followed by 8 months of aging in bottle.
