Spirits and liqueurs  are alcoholic beverages obtained by distillation of natural fermented grains, fruits, nuts and other agricultural materials, which can be added with flavours or sugars.

Hendrick’s

The Gin Hendrick's Gin won the Double Gold Medal in 2004 in San Francisco International Spirits Competition.

Matiz Pombalina Bar consider the Scottish Hendrick's Gin, the most peculiar of the world. So we serve it with exquisite eccentricity rituals. Particularly unusual is the botanical blend that includes unmistakable rose petals derivatives flavors, cucumber and elderflower, which marry perfectly with the Fever-Tree tonic Elderflower (elderberry). It is surely the most iconoclastic of gins. A serious case of passion for the unusual. Have a few moments. Gin Hendrick is unique in its botanical peculiarity, distillation is made with some flowers, roots, fruits and seeds from around the world and, at the end of distillation is added with an cucumber infusion, elderflower and rose petals giving a nuance subtils that characterize it. The Hendricks Gin Gin is a sweet gin.
The Gin Hendriks is produced in small batches of 450 liters. The master distiller has full control over the process and is therefore considered a gin "Development Limited" - less than 1000 liters in each batch.
The Hendricks gin is distilled in Scotland in two stills: The Bennet and still the Carter-Head. The union of the two liquors distilled gin is made at the end of production, at the mouth of the engfarrafamento.

Maguellan

The Magellan Gin Gin is a premium Angela manufactured in France. Its name is a tribute to the Portuguese navigator Ferdinand Magellan (Magellan in Spanish) and their trips to "the Spice Islands".

Plymouth

Plymouth Gin is the original. Comes from only demarcated region of di Gin: Plymouth, England.

It is distilled with 7 different botanical, the purest water in the region and coming cereals the historic distillery Black Friars - the oldest still in operation. Serve with cinnamon and juniper. Martin Miller’s

Martin Miller's Gin is a gin with bottled water coming from Iceland.

Martin Millers, is produced by hand in England, but it uses in its distillation water from the glaciers of Iceland, only compatible with tonic water Fever-Tree Indian. In Hue, is served with lemon zest, green apple and juniper berries. Gin Martin Miller, is the result of more delicate distillation, with maceration of the best fruits and spices, distilled in pot stills of one of the most expensive in the world (Angela, the Rolls Royce of stills) created by J.dore & co. . Nordés

In 2012, a meeting of a Michelin Somiller a master distiller and cellar man, after a year of intense experiences, the Gin Nordés was born, 100% Galician.

The Gin Nordés, uses 14 traditional botanical, a typical Seaweed Atlantic area of Galicia and a well-Portuguese grape variety: the Albariño, which gives it a distinctive character. Gin Mare is the gin of the Mediterranean. Its distillation has olive infusions, thyme, rosemary and basil. Porto Wine White /dry

Port wine is a natural and fortified wine made exclusively from grapes from the Douro Region, north of Portugal about 100 km east of Porto. Tawny  Port Wine
